    Job Description:

    The Director of Brand Strategy will be responsible for managing production workflow, resource capacity, brand strategy, and overall project needs and timing. This role's primary responsibility is to help ensure quality, timeliness, and accurate execution for both the internal and external teams and our customers.


    • Help define and execute the Starface brand vision and strategy to deliver on short and long-term business goals.

    • Drive strategy and execution for brand partnerships by working with Creative and Marketing team to execute campaigns both on and off Starface platforms using data and analytics.

    • Assist SVP of Creative in the planning, production, post production, and GTM for quarterly campaigns/ photo+video shoots.

    • Organize and see through go-to-market strategies across multiple platforms.

    • Work closely with external partners to bring collaborations to life.

    • Drive strategy to ensure that marketing has assets needed for campaigns and creative is delivering them.

    • Have incredible organizational skills.

    • Be accountable to executing Starface out of home campaigns globally.

    • Conduct and draw on consumer and market research and data analysis to monitor market trends, identify white space, develop insights and highlight opportunities.

    • Develop content strategy and creative briefings.

    • Handle annual, quarterly and tactical campaign planning - channel strategy, messaging strategy, and communications strategy.

    • Direct client presentations and collaboration.

    • Defines the scope of the project and facilitates/consults on communication strategies for project deliverables to both internal and external teams.

    • Ongoing business management: manage the annual brand budget, influence optimal forecasts while delivering profitable plans within budget.

    • Track brand performance and make insight-based recommendations for action.

    • Oversee all aspects of web design and development, and manage the creation of all marketing collateral, ensuring a cohesive, top-notch brand experience

    • Perform market segmentation and targeting activities for new geographies and services

    • Anticipate trends in the market and appropriately apply that knowledge to improve and refine strategy

    • Experience working with multi-disciplined teams in a creative environment

    • Experience working with and facilitating creative teams

    • Passion for beauty/skincare a plus.
