You’ll find a full breakdown of the Hydro-Star on its individual product page, but if you want more deets or have a specific question, don’t hesitate to reach out. We always appreciate the interest and would love to hear from you.

Our product was designed specifically for acne-prone skin, but any skin type—even super sensi—can use Hydro-Star because we made it that gentle. When in doubt, it doesn’t hurt to check with your derm first to get the go-ahead.

While your Hydro-Stars should not do any of these things, we recommend storing them in their pod to make sure they stay in tip-top shape. Extreme temps for long periods of time could potentially damage your stars, and we don’t want that!

It’s 2019—who still tests on animals?? You can trust that Starface is vegan, cruelty-free, and Leaping Bunny-certified. 🐰🐱🐶

We don’t see why not. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ah, the money question. This may vary based on skin type and the status of the pimple(s) in treatment, but you should see a noticeable reduction in inflammation once you remove your Hydro-Star.

We wouldn’t suggest double-dipping with your Hydro-Star, as the patch draws out acne-causing bacteria that you don’t want to put back on your skin. The bottom line: Always use a fresh one for best results.

So long as your skin is cleansed, you can wear Hydro-Star whenever you want, though it does work especially well when you leave it on overnight because that’s when your skin is in healing mode.

Starface is for everyone! If you have any doubts, ask your derm first to get the OK.

We ask that you refrain, plz—Starface products are just for you and friends and fam! Additionally, we’re not working with any other retailers at the moment, but we’ll let you know as soon as that changes.

We recommend allowing your Hydro-Stars to do their thing for a minimum of six hours. There’s also no harm in letting it chill for a few hours longer, but we wouldn’t wear the same star for more than ten. If you start to experience any form of irritation, remove it immediately.

You can use your Hydro-Star as often as you want. Consistency is key.

Great Q. Starface currently ships to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. However, you may experience longer delivery times if you’re ordering from Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico—sorry about that. Check back here often though cuz your home could totally be next. P.s. Everyone is invited to Starface.World. Tag @starface to let us know where you live and where we should be, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

We currently have two options for you: Your order can arrive in approximately 4 to 8 days for free OR we can have it to you in 3 days for an extra 5 bucks. It’s your call; we just make it happen.

We move quickly! As soon as you place an order, it’s sent to our fulfillment center, and from there, we pack and ship it directly to you. Orders generally process in 1 to 2 business days, with orders placed after 1:00 PM ET processing the next business day. We’ll keep you in the loop, too. Once your package is en route, you'll get a shipment notification and tracking email so you can stalk its arrival time whenever you want.

Pinky promise we’re doing our best, but it may take a few extra days to get to you. Shipping to these states generally takes about 9 to 14 days. It’ll be worth it!

So not ideal—sorry! But we’re here to help. In some (see: very few) cases, it may take 1 to 2 business days to digitally register your shipment status into the system. If your tracking number isn’t coming through or working at all, shoot us a note at with your order number, and we’ll get the problem sorted out for you ASAP.

No worries. If your order is headed to the wrong address, just email us and we’ll figure out a solution.

Shoot us an email or DM to let us know what’s up so we can cook up a solution for you. That said, for straight up returns, please reach out to with your order number and item name and one of our team members will be in touch within 24 hours.

Starface doesn’t offer refunds on opened or used products that aren’t faulty, nor do we offer exchanges online. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable—sorry! In the case of a faulty or wrongly described item, you can choose between a replacement or a refund. Please note that faulty items must be declared within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions, e-mail and we’ll help you out.

You should see your refund $$$ hit your account between five and ten business days.

Your credit or debit card will be charged as soon as your order your Starface product.

Starface currently accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We do not accept Monopoly Money!

No worries! If your payment doesn’t go through, you may want to make sure that all of your credit card credentials are correct. (It’s possible you entered the wrong CVC number!) Also, one of the most common reasons a card gets declined is because it’s expired, so that could potentially be the culprit. If none of these are causing the issue, try calling your credit card company directly. And if they don’t have an answer, shoot us an email at and we’ll work on getting one for you.

Order Questions

Please email us as soon as possible at if you need to change or cancel your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

You can check the status of your order on your Account page, which will populate with the requisite information once your credit card is charged, and then again when your order is on its way.

Starface currently only accepts one promo code per offer. If you’ve managed to find a few valid Starface codes, please choose the one that you love the most.

Starface is here to show your skin some love—no matter what it’s going through. We make pimple treatment options that are both effective and cute AF. At the end of the day, acne-positivity is the name of our game.
