how can i report an issue?

any lost, damaged, missing, or stolen items need to be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. plz email us at orders@starfaceworld.com and we’ll go from there! 

why can i only use these 1-3x per week?

hydro-star + tea tree is designed to be non-irritating, but we recommend limiting use to 1-3x per week to make sure your skin stays soft and happy through the healing process...

it’s up to you and your skin tbh, but you might prefer classic stars for surface-level spots and salicylic acid stars for deep spots.  they also play well together :) once your spot comes...
